Phil and Tim started installing solar system in San Francisco Bay Area in late 1970’s. For almost 40 years the pioneered that solar installation industry and they creation of Diablo Solar Services in 1984, personally installed and managed as 21,000 solar system; more solar than team, in history of Bay Area. Phil and Tim retired in 2015, but still keep close relationship with these current Diablo Solar team and at vital resource of currents own Bryan Raymond and Mike Powers.
Bryan has worked with the Diablo Solar team for over 10 years and with partner Mike Powers, purchased Diablo Solar in 2015. Bryan is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno and has helped develop many of the solar design, sizing and financing standards currently used by much of the solar industry. Bryan has personally designed over a thousand solar systems and has his very own solar-electric system on his house in Brentwood, where he lives with his wife Alison and two children, Mason and Lilyanne.
Mike has been a valuable part of the Diablo Solar team for almost 20 years, and jumped at the opportunity to partner with Bryan Raymond to purchase the business in 2015. Mike started installing solar on roofs as a teenager and steadily worked his way up to Installation Supervisor and eventually Installation Manager of the solar-electric department before taking over ownership of the company he helped build. Mike is fully certified with NABCEP, SunPower, Pentair, Hayward, National Electric Coding, Enphase, SMA and QuickMount. Mike lives in Martinez with his wife Sarah and children Hailey, Alyssa and Danny.

Brad started building and installing solar systems in 1978 and has managed every pool solar installation for the last 20 years. Brad has worked with almost all of the pool equipment manufacturers to help develop new solar technologies that are currently used in most homes.
Bryan started with Diablo Solar in 1999 and has worked in the solar industry ever since. He is NABCEP trained and is personally involved with every single PV solar-electric installation at Diablo Solar.
John is responsible for presite operations. He measures roofs and performs the shading analysis. He is specially trained to walk on all types of roofs, including lightweight tile, wood shake and metal tile (Calpac) and is fully covered by Diablo Solar’s $2,000,000 liability insurance policy.
Daryl’s solar career started in 1975 and he has run the Diablo Solar Service Department for almost 15 years. He specializes in Domestic Hot Water (DHW) and pool solar heating systems and pioneered many of the solar installation and service methods still used today.
Mike has been with Diablo Solar since 2001, installing new pool solar systems and servicing existing pool solar, domestic hot water (DHW) and photovoltaic solar-electric systems. Mike’s specialty is troubleshooting and maintaining existing solar systems and he supervises all of the Technicians in the Service Department.
Michele’s primary responsibility at Diablo Solar is to make sure that service or maintenance requests get handled in a prompt and courteous manor. We understand that problems can be frustrating and Michele will help get the right Service Technician to your property as quickly as possible. Michele also supervises the bi-annual fall/spring pool solar shutdown and startup requests.
Matt installed the very first FAFCO CoolPV combo pool solar and PV solar-electric system in Contra Costa County. Installed at his home in Oakley in 2015, Matt is able to heat his pool and power his home with only one solar system. He has been designing both pool solar and PV solar-electric systems for homeowners in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties since 2013.
Tom has been designing swimming pool solar heating systems since 2005. For over 10 years he has helped East Bay families extend their swimming season and has his very own pool solar system on the roof of his home in Danville.
Dave had Diablo Solar install both his pool solar and PV solar-electric systems on his home in Benicia back in 2008. He enjoyed his Diablo Solar experience so much that he joined the Diablo Solar team a year later. He designs both pool solar and PV solar-electric systems and is an expert in working with homeowners in Napa, Solano and Contra Costa Counties.
Linda is available Monday through Thursday to answer any billing or invoice questions and to accept credit card payments by phone. She has been working for Diablo Solar since 2008 and handles all billing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, credit collections and payroll.
